  • What payment options are there?

    Currently, we only accept payment via PayNow. Our concierge will provide the payment information when confirming your order. Please note that your order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours.

Exchange & Return

  • What is your return policy?

    You can exchange or return your order within 30 days from date of delivery/ collection. All items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in its original condition/packaging that is deemed re-sellable with price tag intact. For combined purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or get the lowest-priced item at a discounted price), all purchased items must be returned to facilitate the exchange process.
  • Where can I exchange / return my order?
